This consent serves as permission for treatment by any medical facility that we deem proper and necessary. Note: Consents are not required in emergency situations. Booking your place at the Winter Retreat is almost done!

The cost for each person is £190.00 (concessions £175) for the week. There will be an additional £10.00 cost for bookings received after Friday, 5 February 2024. The £190 (£200 for late forms) includes food and lodging from Monday evening to late Friday morning of the Winter Retreat week. The security deposit is non-refundable, due to the need to book the rooms prior to the retreat. You may choose to pay the whole booking amount or just a security deposit. Should you choose the security deposit, the remaining balance will be due upon arrival. **Payment of £190.00 only includes a T-Shirt. Children 16 and under will not receive a T-shirt**
