Each camper may request one individual they would like to share a tent with during the week of camp. Unfortunately, no more than one person can be requested by each camper due to quantity of children attending, safeguarding, etc. Any requests given after Friday, 9th July may not be granted.

I hereby give consent for my camper to participate in the on-site and off-site activities of Camp Victory. Depending on which week your child is attending, off-site activities may include but is not limited to horse riding, go-karting, water sports, laser tag, paintball or trampoline park.

I agree to arrange for the collection of my child as soon as possible if they are deemed too unwell to remain at the facility. This is especially important for symptoms that are highly contagious or distressing for the child.

Crown Christian Heritage Trust is able to provide transport for children to and from Crown Hall for off-site activities during the week of Camp Victory. The following principles will be adhered to: all drivers will be safely recruited and have valid licenses, all vehicles will be roadworthy (i.e. MOT and appropriate insurance), all occupants of the vehicles will wear seat belts at all times. By ticking the box you: give permission for the camper to be transported to and from the off-site camp activities and consent to the camper receiving emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Camp Victory maintains standards of Christian conduct. Any camper refusing to abide by the rules is subject to dismissal with no refund. If a camper is dismissed, I understand it is my responsibility to collect my camper. Please note: Camp Victory also has the right to refuse any camper who did not adhere to these rules in previous years. This is reviewed each year. If a refusal is made, a full refund will be given.
