This year's Sunday School Day and Parade is to be held near the birthplace of Robert Raikes in Gloucester, England!

Please complete this form if you are making plans to attend.

As we would like to formally recognise each Sunday School/Youth Club with a plaque, please submit this form by the 29th of April. Forms will still be accepted after the 29th of April, but we cannot guarantee a plaque for your Sunday School/Youth Club.
